Remote ID Photo Process
Remote ID Photo Service was originally developed during the pandemic, allowing you to get professional ID photos without leaving home. Simply take a photo of yourself with your phone or camera, and our professional retouching service will transform it into a polished, compliant ID photo. You’ll receive the digital file, while printed photos are conveniently mailed directly to your home, all without stepping outside!

1. Preparing

Look for a white wall or a plain light-colored background

Choose a location with natural or indoor lighting during the daytime

Ask someone to assist, or use a tripod to stabilize the phone camera

Wear dark-colored clothing

Do not wear glasses, contact lenses, jewelry, or hats

Choose a light source from a slightly upper angle in front of you

Ensure adequate lighting with even illumination on both sides of the face

Stand approximately 0.5 to 1m away from the background

The camera is positioned about 1m to 1.5m

The camera angle should be at eye level.

Ensure both ears, eyebrows, and upper body are visible

Keep a neutral expression, avoid opening your mouth or smiling
3. Checking

The face must be directly facing the camera lens

The overall picture quality is good, with no blurring or shaking
After shooting, please upload your photo at the bottom of this page. Once uploaded and payment is completed, our team will review it. If it doesn't meet the ID photo requirements, we'll notify you via email.
Printing & Shipping Details
Print and Stamp
We use high-quality glossy paper to meet your ID photo requirements. We include our studio name, print date, and address on the back. For sizes 40x50mm and above, we print 2 copies; for smaller sizes, we print 4.
Auto Resize
Any size, up to a maximum of 10x15mm. If the original image is smaller, our retoucher will extend it. Common sizes include: 33x48mm, 35x45mm, 51x51mm, and 50x70mm.
Delivery
Delivery services provided by Canada Post. Toronto and nearby areas 3-5 business days for regular mail, 2-3 business days for express registered mail (with tracking). Longer delivery times for other provinces. We'll notify you after shipping for estimated arrival

When choosing our retouching services, we have a standard process with controlled adjustments. If you have special requests, please detail them in the instructions. After receiving the electronic files, you can request up to two revisions to ensure the final result meets your expectations.
